Dr. Keshav Grover founded Aesthetica after witnessing an overuse of anti-aging treatments that often result in an unnatural appearance. Our goal is to provide a tailored approach and concierge level service to each and every client we see. In addition to non-surgical anti-aging medical treatments, we offer clients a curated selection of organic and vegan skincare lines, hand-picked by Dr. Grover himself.
Dr. Grover uses a wide variety of products that are customized to each patient’s needs, including Botox®, Juvederm, Revanesse Versa, Restylane, Belotero, Dysport®, Xeomin®, and the newly FDA-approved, Jeuveau®.

Dr. Keshav Grover is a fully licensed physician in Southeast Michigan. He completed his undergraduate training at the prestigious Lymann Briggs School of Science at Michigan State University. His time at MSU confirmed his passion to pursue a career in medicine and he decided to increase his background by earning a Master’s degree at Wayne State University’s School of Medicine. From there, he was accepted to the top ranked MSU’s College of Osteopathic Medicine. He trained in general medicine as well as Otolaryngology/Facial Plastic Surgery through the MSU Statewide Campus System of hospitals. Dr. Grover was fortunate to be mentored by some of the leaders in the fields of Otolaryngology, Neurosurgery, Craniofacial Surgery, Neurotology, and Plastic Surgery
He completed further lifestyle medicine education at the University of Arizona Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine and the Institute of Functional Medicine. He completed training in aesthetic procedures at the FACE Institute, which is led by some of the nation’s leading aesthetic medicine practitioners.
Dr. Grover’s clinical interests include understanding a patient’s unique wellness goals and how to achieve them. He enjoys spending time with his patients and developing a relationship with them and their families to optimize the care received both in the office and at home. He strongly believes in patient education and empowering individuals to be the stewards of their wellbeing.
In his free time, he and his wife enjoy traveling, exploring different cuisines, yoga, hiking, and spending time with friends and family.
He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, American Medical Association, American Academy of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, and Michigan Osteopathic Association.
Meet Sarah! She is a licensed medical aesthetician with over a decade of experience in the beauty industry. She has extensive experience working with an array of laser technology, allowing her to perform several results-oriented treatments including laser skin resurfacing, Intense Pulsed Light therapy (IPL), and hair removal. Her experience also extends to using tailored chemical peels, microneedling, and at home skincare plans to target client concerns. Sarah is passionate about educating clients about the treatments available at Aesthetica, as well as expectations along the way. Her goal is to build treatment plans that target client concerns and fit into their lifestyle. Staying up to date with the latest skincare treatments and trends through further education is also very important to Sarah as it allows her to best serve client needs. She is very excited to be a part of the wonderful team here at Aesthetica, and looks forward to meeting you!
Tania is a registered nurse who graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from Oakland University. She completed her preceptorship at Beaumont's cardiac critical care unit and continued to work there in medical-surgical, progressive care, and nephrology units.
It was her passion for helping people and love of medicine that inspired her to pursue a nursing career.
During her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, and taking photographs.
Jawanna has been in holistic care and services for over a decade. Her number one goal is to help people transform into the best version of themselves. As a holistic care provider, she provides aesthetician services, cosmetics laser treatments, and yoga while also transforming the enter you through meditation, breath work. She is spiritually skilled in vibrantational healing, chakra balancing and reiki. When not pouring her love for holistic care with others, you can find Jawanna enjoying her many interest with her beautiful family.
